Terms of Service – Strange Collectibles

Effective Date: April 23, 2025

By accessing and placing an order through StrangeCollectibles.store, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Orders & Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled as long as the item has not yet shipped.
- Once an item is marked as shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

2. Returns & Refunds
- We only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 4–7 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- In rare cases involving long-term customers or errors on our part, returns may be accepted at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit depending on the situation.

3. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
- Full payment is required when placing a pre-order or back-order.
- Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change due to unforeseen delays.
- If a delay exceeds 2 weeks, we will issue a full refund and a 15% off coupon toward a future purchase.
- Customers will be notified of any changes to expected release dates.

4. Shipping
- We ship exclusively within the United States using USPS.
- Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
- Shipping is free on orders over $100.
- Orders over $120 include shipping insurance at no additional cost.
- Tracking details are sent once your order is fulfilled.
- In the event of shipping damage or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

5. Payment & Security
- All transactions are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Affirm.
- Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

6. Promotions & Discounts
- Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
- Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.

7. Privacy & Data Use
- We use tools such as Omnisend, Google Analytics, and Shopify analytics to track visitor behavior and improve your experience.
- Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy 

8. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
- Strange Collectibles reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or inventory issues.
