At Strange Collectibles, we aim to ship your order quickly, safely, and affordably.
Processing Time
All in-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Free Standard Shipping on all orders $100 and over
$6 Flat Rate Shipping on orders $35 to $99.99
Orders under $35 may receive calculated shipping rates at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Carrier Options
We primarily ship through USPS and may offer the following services at checkout:
USPS Ground Advantage
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail Express
USPS First Class Mail (when eligible)
Estimated transit times for standard shipping are generally 5–8 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Address Changes
If your order has not yet been dropped off with the carrier, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with USPS when applicable.
Refunds or replacements for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to carrier investigation results and USPS policies.
If tracking shows a package as delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office before contacting us.
