Refund Policy – Strange Collectibles

We strive to ensure every collectible arrives in perfect condition. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.



Returns & Refunds Eligibility

    •    We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

    •    You must contact us within 4–7 business days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.

    •    All returned items must be in their original condition and include original packaging.



How to Request a Refund

    1.    Email us at manny@strangecollectibles.store within 7 business days of receiving your item.

    2.    Include:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

    •    A brief description of the issue

    3.    If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement/refund.



Exceptions & Special Cases

    •    We may offer refunds or store credit in rare cases for long-time customers or if the error is on our end.

    •    Pre-orders and back-orders are non-refundable, unless the item is cancelled by the manufacturer or delayed beyond 2 weeks (in which case we’ll refund your order and provide a 15% off coupon).



Return Shipping

    •    If your return is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.



Final Sale

    •    All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

    •    We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders placed by the customer
