You will not be charged till your item is ready to ship. Estimated ship dates are subject to change.
We offer partial and full refund options. To qualify, returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase. You will only receive a full refund if the item was lost during shipping or is returned directly to us.
Everything we have up currently is what we have coming in. However, if you don’t see something and you would like to, please feel free to suggest certain figures or collectibles. You can also check out our Instagram page for news on all future releases.
If for some reason you no longer want the collectible your ordered and it has not shipped yet, simply send an email to [email protected] and we will cancel your order at no cost to you. If the item has already shipped, please return the item back to us unopened and within 30 days and we will issue you a refund.
